1. Your videos
Recordings and projects are saved on your device. We do not upload your videos to our servers.
2. Information we collect
Without an account
The app creates a random install ID that is not linked to your name, phone number or email. With it, the app sends:
- App version, language, Android version and phone model
- Battery level and whether the phone is charging (while the app is open)
- Your country, worked out from your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself
- When the app was last used, and in-app events such as "recording finished" or "template used"
- Crash reports (the error message and technical details) so we can fix bugs
- A push notification token from Firebase, so we can send app announcements
If you sign in with Google
We receive your Google account's name, email address and profile photo URL, and link your install ID to your account so your settings and Premium can move to a new phone.
Purchases
Payments are made through Google Play. We never see your card or wallet details; we only receive what you bought and when it is valid.
3. How we use it
- To run the app, deliver updates and show the right language
- To count active users and understand which features are used
- To find and fix crashes
- To send announcements you can turn off in your phone's settings
- To keep your account and Premium working across devices
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who else receives information
- Google — Sign-In, Play Billing and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
- country.is — receives an IP address to tell us its country
- Your AI provider — if you add your own AI key (OpenAI or Google Gemini), the sound of the recording you ask the AI to work on is sent to that provider under its own privacy policy. Your keys are stored in Android Keystore on your phone and are never sent to us.
5. Keeping and deleting data
Account information is kept until you delete your account. Usage data from an install is kept while the app is in use and is not linked to you by name. To delete your account, see Delete account.
6. Children
The app is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

রেকর্ডিং আর প্রজেক্ট আপনার ডিভাইসেই সেভ হয়। আমরা আপনার ভিডিও আমাদের সার্ভারে আপলোড করি না।
২. আমরা যা সংগ্রহ করি
অ্যাকাউন্ট ছাড়া
অ্যাপ একটা এলোমেলো ইনস্টল আইডি তৈরি করে, যেটা আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইলের সাথে যুক্ত নয়। এর সাথে অ্যাপ পাঠায়:
- অ্যাপের সংস্করণ, ভাষা, অ্যান্ড্রয়েড সংস্করণ আর ফোনের মডেল
- ব্যাটারির চার্জ আর চার্জ হচ্ছে কিনা (অ্যাপ খোলা থাকার সময়)
- আপনার দেশ, যা IP ঠিকানা থেকে বের করা হয়; IP ঠিকানা আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি না
- শেষ কখন অ্যাপ ব্যবহার হয়েছে, আর অ্যাপের ভেতরের ঘটনা যেমন "রেকর্ডিং শেষ" বা "টেমপ্লেট ব্যবহার"
- ক্র্যাশ রিপোর্ট (এররের বার্তা আর কারিগরি তথ্য), যাতে বাগ ঠিক করা যায়
- Firebase-এর পুশ নোটিফিকেশন টোকেন, যাতে অ্যাপের ঘোষণা পাঠানো যায়
গুগল দিয়ে লগইন করলে
আপনার গুগল অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম, ইমেইল আর প্রোফাইল ছবির লিংক পাই, আর ইনস্টল আইডিটা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে যুক্ত করি, যাতে নতুন ফোনে সেটিং আর প্রিমিয়াম ফিরে আসে।
কেনাকাটা
পেমেন্ট হয় গুগল প্লে-র মাধ্যমে। আপনার কার্ড বা ওয়ালেটের তথ্য আমরা কখনো দেখি না; শুধু জানি কী কিনেছেন আর কতদিন মেয়াদ।
৩. তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি
- অ্যাপ চালানো, আপডেট দেওয়া আর সঠিক ভাষা দেখানো
- সক্রিয় ব্যবহারকারী গোনা আর কোন ফিচার বেশি ব্যবহার হয় বোঝা
- ক্র্যাশ খুঁজে ঠিক করা
- ঘোষণা পাঠানো — ফোনের সেটিং থেকে বন্ধ করা যায়
- বিভিন্ন ডিভাইসে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট আর প্রিমিয়াম চালু রাখা
আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্যও ব্যবহার করি না।
৪. আর কারা তথ্য পায়
- গুগল — লগইন, প্লে বিলিং আর Firebase Cloud Messaging (পুশ নোটিফিকেশন)
- country.is — দেশ জানাতে একটা IP ঠিকানা পায়
- আপনার AI প্রোভাইডার — নিজের AI কী (OpenAI বা Google Gemini) যুক্ত করলে, যে রেকর্ডিং নিয়ে AI-কে কাজ করতে বলবেন তার শব্দটুকু সেই প্রোভাইডারের কাছে যায়, তাদের নিজস্ব প্রাইভেসি পলিসি অনুযায়ী। আপনার কী ফোনের Android Keystore-এ থাকে, আমাদের কাছে কখনো আসে না।
৫. তথ্য রাখা ও মোছা
অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট না করা পর্যন্ত অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য থাকে। ইনস্টলের ব্যবহারের তথ্য অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের সময় পর্যন্ত থাকে, আর নামের সাথে যুক্ত থাকে না। অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করতে দেখুন অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট।
৬. শিশু
অ্যাপটা ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য নয়, আর আমরা জেনেশুনে তাদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
৭. পরিবর্তন
এই পলিসি বদলালে উপরের তারিখ আপডেট হবে, আর বড় পরিবর্তন হলে অ্যাপে জানাব।
